Marinated mushroom tops

Oh my pretties. How I can't wait to eat you for dinner.

3 portobello mushrooms. Clean & cut off stems

1/4c canola oil
1/2 large red onion chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Place shrooms in a dish, gills up.
Mix marinade together.
Pour over mushrooms.
Let sit for one hour.
Grill about 10 minutes or until done.

Since I don't feel like starting coals tonight just for myself I'm probably going to either broil or use the George Forman. I'll keep you posted on the outcome!
