My mother always laughs that we tend to cook so many ethnically diverse foods. I tell her it goes hand-in-hand with our business model at work – global cuisine! Many of the allergy safe cookbooks I’ve purchased last December contain global recipes. This recipe for sweet & sour chicken was a big hit. Not a single left over, kid & hubs both went back for seconds! And unfortunately this happened to be made on a night when I didn't write down which recipe I used or which cookbook it came from. So sorry I can't share the recipe. But hope you enjoy the food porn photo! But if it's any consolation - it is going to be driving me nuts that I can't figure out which book this came from, so I'll obviously be going through every single one until I figure it out.
