Chinese food (again)



I’m always craving Chinese food. Never seem to get enough of it. Quite possibly because I’m hesitant to eat out these days. 

One of my favorite cookbooks is the Weight Watchers Take Out. Each chapter is dedicated to a different ethnicity. 

I cook from the Chinese section a lot. Here’s a teriyaki beef with steamed carrots & green onion, served on rice of course.
