Left overs

In our house it always seems to come back to "What to do" with left over tri-tip? 

The nice thing about making a big chunk of tri-tip on the grill is we always have left over steak for later in the week. One of my favorite uses for left overs is pasta with tomato sauce and sautéed steak.
