Piece of Dairy Free Heaven

Here’s my favorite dairy free cheese obsession – Chao Cheese by Field Roast. This is such an interesting product – fermented tofu from Vietnam made into “cheese” by a Greek cheese maker in Seattle. Not only does it make a killer grilled cheese (my preference is on San Luis Sourdough) but it is also tasty enough to slice up and serve on crackers for cheese & crackers!

I have not received any compensation for this product write up - but if Field Roast wants to send some coupons my way I wont say no!
