Indian Food Obsession Continues



RUSS’ LAMB KEBABS

1 leg of lamb
Cubed into 2” cubes
Salt & Pepper
Garam Masala rub
Skewer cubes of lamb
Cook medium-medium rare

For 2” size cubes, cook approximately 7 minutes per side.

Serve with a side of basmati rice and steamed market vegetables or fresh market peas.
