Here is another punch recipe we came up with for the Monday Club. It was a take on a recipe I found in the December 2010 issue of Southern Living.
APPLE-SPICED ICE TEA
2 quarts hot unsweetened tea
12oz apple juice concentrate
3 x 3” cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean – split
1 x 3” piece fresh ginger, sliced
1 lemon – sliced
- Stir hot tea, apple juice concentrate, cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean, ginger & lemon.
- Chill 24 hours – stir occasionally.
- Remove cinnamon stick, vanilla bean & ginger slices.
- Serve over ice.
