For the past five years we’ve been catering the monthly club luncheons of the Monday Club in San Luis Obispo. One of the traditions that dates back to the start of the club is to serve punch during the club’s social hour between the meeting and the lunch.
We came up with this one in 2015. Hope you enjoy it.
20 ounces frozen raspberries in syrup (partially thawed)
12 ounces frozen lemonade (thawed)
64 ounces pineapple juice
64 ounces lemon-lime soda – chilled
- Combine raspberries & lemonade
- Mix until smooth
- Strain mixture into a punch bowl – remove all seeds
- Stir in pineapple juice
- Top with chilled soda just before serving
