Orange-Rosemary Punch with Homemade Rosemary Simple Syrup



ORANGE ROSEMARY PUNCH
1 bottle sparkling apple juice
2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice, strained
1/2c rosemary simple syrup (or to taste)**
1-2 tbsp fresh ginger juice (grate peeled ginger & press through strainer to get juice)
Sparking water to taste (approximately 1-2 cups)
Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Ice 

  • Combine sparkling apple juice and orange juice
  • Begin adding rosemary simple syrup – start with 1/4c and add from there
  • Stir in 1 tbsp ginger juice – add more if you want
  • Top off with sparkling water just before serving
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary
  • Serve over ice


**Rosemary Simple Syrup
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • Place in small sauce pan
  • Simmer 3-5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved
  • Remove from heat, let infuse for 10 minutes
  • Strain into a jar until ready to use
