When the weather is cold & rainy sometime all you want is a warm cup of hot chocolate. I was always a user of hot chocolate packets because they were quick and easy, however when I went off dairy I had to stop using those.
After looking around I found this recipe (HERE) on GoDairyFree.org’s website and it’s a big hit in my house. To take it up a notch I use vanilla soy milk instead of plain.
