Fish & Chips



One of the things that was top in my husband’s mind as we made the decision to close our catering business was our lack of free time. He in particular was in serious dislike that our career of choice had effectively eliminated our free time. Hubs specifically missed the time he was able to go out fishing – which would result in us having the best fish & chips ever!

It’s really easy to make your own fried fish – just take your fish fillets, pat them dry with a paper towel, dredge in bread crumbs of your choice (we normally gravitate towards panko), then fry in oil until the outside is crispy and dark and the fish inside is white and flaky. 

Sorry for the low quality photo - but sometimes you're just too hungry to take a good one! I’ll give you hubs way of making the best homemade French fries some other day. Happy eating!
