Roast Beef Sandwich



When we were catering we used to make the best roast beef sandwiches. Hubs gets amazing ciabatta buns from a local bakery, we'd slice the roast beef nice and thin and layer it with market lettuce, provolone (I use dairy free ones now), mayo, yellow mustard and prepared horseradish. I was never a fan of roast beef sandwiches or horseradish until I tasted this combo. If you don’t believe me – give it a try yourself.

These can be prepared in advance, wrapped in plastic and refrigerated until you’re ready to eat. 

Make a platter of these, slice them in quarters and put them out to munch on while you’re watching the game. I promise – your guests will love you for it.
